ATTENTION ALL EAGLES SCOUTS FROM THE CLASS OF 2009-3/1/2010.  Annually, HMAA has an essay contest to secure an Eagle Scout to be the class respresentative and youth feature at the Eagle Scout Recogntion Banquet.  The selected Eagle Scout will be awarded a $2,000 scholarship by the Hawaii Medical Assurance Association(HMAA). One (1) additional Eagle Scout will also be selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship from HMAA.

Volunteers/Parents should submit all recommendations on this form to Aloha Council-NESA Committee, 42 Puiwa Road, Honolulu, HI 96817. The deadline is Monday, March 1, 2010.
